SUN - 9:00am-10:00am @JCC (plz ask about price at frontdesk)
        - 11:00am-12:00pm Zumba and Yoga stretch @Bridge for dance

My class is an open level. It’s easy to follow that everyone and any age can do it! Class includes Merengue, Salsa, Cha cha, Cumbia, Belly dance, Flamence, Samba, Reggaeton, Tango, Rock and Roll…etc. It is fun, different, easy and effective. It’s great for the mind, body and soul!!
Requirement: Your smile , Comfortable cloth&shoes

オープンクラスです。ダンス初心者の方も大歓迎！誰にでもできて楽しいクラスです。
メレンゲ、サルサ、チャチャ、クンビア、ベリーダンス、フラメンコ、サンバ、レゲトン、タンゴ、ロックンロールなどいろいろなリズムが一時間のクラスで効果的なエクササイズとして味わえます。楽しくて、心と身体にとってもいい！！

クラスに参加の際に必要なものは、貴方のスマイルだけ〜。(^0^)
初めはついていくのに必死でも、ストレスにならないように。できない自分を笑い飛ばすくらいの気持ちで参加していただければ◎。笑

動きやすい格好とスニーカー、タオルをお持ちください。
